Chocolate Shipping Policy

During warmer months (usually May through September), Jasper Specialty Foods will only offer Next Day shipping on all chocolate items. In order to protect your chocolate shipment, a warm weather shipper with frozen gel packs will be added to your order. These warm weather shipping costs do not fall beneath any free shipping promotions. When weather reaches 90 degrees and above, we will hold your order for shipment until the weather cools.

• Net 30-Day terms available on approval of credit. 
• All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of product. 
• No returns without prior authorization. 
• All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
